FocalFlow AI (the "Service") is an AI-powered product image generation service provided by the FocalFlow AI team. By using this Service, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

Using this Service requires account registration. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and update it promptly when changes occur.

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security and must not share your account
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account

3. Acceptable Use Policy

When using this Service, you agree not to:

  • Upload images containing illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, or other inappropriate content
  • Use this Service to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of this Service
  • Use automated tools to bulk access or abuse this Service
  • Use this Service for any illegal purposes

4. Credits and Payment

This Service uses a credit system. You can purchase credit packages to generate images.

  • Credits never expire once purchased
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Refunds available within 3 days of purchase; used credits will be deducted proportionally
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing; previously purchased credits are not affected

5. Intellectual Property

Images generated through this Service are yours to use, including for commercial purposes. However, please note:

  • Original images you upload must be content you have legal rights to
  • The technology, algorithms, and interface of this Service are owned by FocalFlow AI
  • You may not claim AI-generated images as original human-created photography

6. Disclaimer

This Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or delays due to network, server, or other issues
  • AI generation results not meeting your expectations
  • Any losses resulting from your violation of these terms
  • Inability to provide service due to force majeure

7. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the modified terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
