What image formats are supported?
We currently support PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WEBP formats. We recommend uploading high-resolution white background or product photos for best results.
How many credits does it cost to generate an image?
Each image generation costs 10 credits. New users receive free trial credits upon registration, and you can purchase credit packages based on your needs.
Do credits expire?
No. Your purchased credits never expire and can be used anytime.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes. All images generated through FocalFlow AI can be used for commercial purposes, including e-commerce listings, product pages, social media, and advertising.
How long does image generation take?
Typically 5-10 seconds. Actual time depends on image complexity and server load.
What output resolutions are supported?
We support 1K (1024px), 2K (2048px), and 4K resolutions to meet different platform and use case requirements.
How can I get better generation results?
Use high-resolution images with clean backgrounds, preferably white or solid color backgrounds. Clear product subjects with even lighting produce the best results.
What payment methods are accepted?

Can I request a refund?
